Tarot and Pendulum
Tarot is one method of delving into Spirit by making use of cards. At one time, it was used by Monks as a learning device for all of the mysteries of life. It allows the user to access ancient spiritual wisdom and universal patterns and archetypes that can aid you on your spiritual path. Contemplation and meditation on the cards can reveal revelations attuned to the individual. Today there are more and varied decks available than ever before. The card layouts also vary greatly. They can aid in connecting the three stages of past, present, and future in an individual's life. It gives the client a tangible record of information as one moves forward in their spiritual journey.
Pendulums are well-balanced weights suspended from the end of a string, chain, or cord and are used for aiding in bringing divine information from one's Higher Self. The movement of the pendulum is caused by the vibration from the magnetic force field that orbits the earth from north to south and is called the Odic force. The magnetic field carries thought energy as it flows through and around us. The movement is due to the practitioner's Higher Self connecting with the Universal Mind and accessing information. Pendulums are also useful in measuring the state of the body's chakras. The rate and the direction of the pendulum's swing indicates the amount of energy flowing through the chakra and being distributed.

Psychic Abilities
Psychic abilities are the senses of the Higher Self. They are not weird or mysterious and we are all capable of developing them. Different people may find they are stronger in one or more particular areas.
Psychic intuition or claircognizance is having the ability of clear thinking. You know information without knowing how you know. Psychic information may come as complete ideas. It allows you to anticipate problems and adjust to rapid changes. You instinctively know the needs of others.
Psychic vision or clairvoyance is receiving psychic information in the form of visions. It is easy to visualize situations, problems, and solutions, quite often a natural sense of time and direction are also present.
Psychic hearing or clairaudience is receiving psychic information mostly through sounds or voices. Telepathy is connected with this sense.
Psychic feeling or clairsentience is when most of the psychic information comes in the form of hunches, emotions, smells, or physical sensations. Empathy is closely connected to this sense.
Any one of these senses can aid us on our spiritual journey. We just have to be willing to tune into our Higher Self and allow. We cannot remember how to make use of these senses ourselves and so seek outside help.
